These terms (the “Terms”) govern your use of the website at elnoramaison.ae (the “Site”) and the services offered by Elnora Maison — Beauty Transformation Studio (“Elnora Maison,” “we,” “us”), based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. By using the Site or engaging our services you agree to these Terms.
1. The Site
The Site is provided as a window into Elnora Maison’s offering. Photographs, descriptions, packages, and pricing are illustrative and may evolve as the studio opens and grows. Booking a session, package, or membership creates a separate, signed agreement between you and Elnora Maison that prevails over anything described here.
2. Enquiries
Submitting an enquiry through our contact form does not create a contract. It simply opens a conversation. Pricing, availability, and the precise scope of any engagement are confirmed in writing before you commit to anything.
3. Bookings, deposits & cancellations
Sessions, packages, and memberships are confirmed by a written agreement and a deposit. Specific deposit amounts, scheduling, and cancellation terms are set out in that agreement. As a guide:
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before a scheduled session may be rescheduled at no additional cost.
- Cancellations made within 14 days may forfeit the deposit, in full or in part, to cover artists, atelier time, and reserved studio space.
- Where Elnora Maison cancels a session, you may choose between a full refund of any amount paid for that session or a rescheduled date.
4. Payment
All prices on the Site are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) and exclude any applicable tax unless stated otherwise. Payment terms for each engagement are confirmed in your booking agreement.
5. Photography & likeness
Use of your portraits, videos, or likeness is governed by a separate model release signed at the time of your session. Without that release we will not publish or share your image. Copyright in all photography produced by Elnora Maison is retained by Elnora Maison; clients receive a personal-use licence as defined in their package.
6. Confidentiality
Discretion is foundational to Elnora Maison. Anything you share with us in conversation, consultation, or coaching is held in confidence and is not discussed outside the team supporting your engagement, except where disclosure is required by law.
7. Conduct in the studio
We expect mutual respect between guests, clients, and team members. Elnora Maison reserves the right to decline service, end a session, or refuse entry to anyone whose conduct compromises the safety or comfort of others.
8. Health & wellbeing
Coaching and wellness elements of our packages are educational and supportive in nature. They are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, or psychological care. If you are in crisis or under active clinical treatment, please consult your clinician before participating.
9. Intellectual property
The Elnora Maison name, mark, photography, written copy, and design of the Site are owned by Elnora Maison or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property law. They may not be reproduced, redistributed, or used commercially without our written permission.
10. Third-party links
Where the Site links to third-party services (such as social platforms, mapping, or payment providers), we are not responsible for their content, terms, or practices. Their use is governed by their own agreements.
11. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elnora Maison is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the Site or, except as set out in your booking agreement, the studio’s services. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, and any dispute will be heard exclusively in the courts of Abu Dhabi.
13. Changes
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
